What a launch looks like in three different geos

A breakdown of the scenarios: what we do, what we measure and which figures we treat as normal. Data exports from the tracker for a specific operator are under NDA.

Three launches in detail

Brazil: slots through PWA and PIX

Timeline · One quarter, two weeks of it a test

The operator was entering the market with no recognition. The payment step was rewritten around PIX — half the deposits were being lost there.

What we did

A campaign setup of PWA apps and local influencers, a separate creative pool in Portuguese, and a payment step built for PIX.

What did not work

For the first two weeks we ran traffic to the operator's generic landing page — CR to deposit sat at 11%. The problem was not the traffic but the fact that the player hit a form with no PIX.

Kazakhstan: sportsbook for the season

Term · Season, five months

We went in at the start of the season. The point was not the peak but what would be left after it: a Telegram warm-up instead of direct sends.

What we did

A network of Telegram channels with match analysis, two weeks of warm-up with content, and only then the offer. Plus ASO for local search queries.

What did not work

Direct sends from push into the offer gave a cheap FTD and 9% active on D30 — an operator does not recoup a cohort like that. The channel was switched off in the third week.

Mexico: crypto casino through SEO

Timeline · Six months, first FTDs from the fourth month

Paid traffic in the geo was burned out and bids had doubled over the quarter. We went with organic and local payment methods.

What we did

A network of review sites in Spanish, pages for the slot hits of the month and for the deposit methods people actually pay with there.

What did not work

It took three months for the pages to reach the top — under the CPA model we financed that time ourselves. There is no fast start on organic.

This is what a normal casino cohort looks like: by day thirty about a quarter is left. We show this curve in the report — it is where traffic quality is visible, not in the number of registrations.
